Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written several online pieces and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne, his wife Leslie and their three children.
