Cheney claims he's an unassuming but trustworthy advisor to Bush within his administration. Cheney is adamant in accepting his appointment as Republican vice president that he hopes to serve with a presidential candidate who will work cross-partisan and to collaborate in a manner of kindness and with an unifying cause. Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard moved his family from Nebraska to Casper which was where his dad worked as the director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local district for soil conservation.
